There are no specific fitness requirements for the Scoutcraft Academy, but physical fitness is important for everyone, and has received renewed attention from BSA in recent years. To that end, everyone should be prepared for adventure by working on the following:

  1. Mile run
  2. Pushups
  3. Situps
  4. Pullups
  5. Sit and reach
